Thank you for sharing your feedback. I regret any inconvenience, but as a woman in real estate, safety is especially important to me, and I make it a priority to confirm communication with clients before a scheduled tour. I made several attempts to reach you via text, email, and phone. Unfortunately, my text messages were undeliverable, my calls went unanswered, and I received no response to my emails. Additionally, the Zillow Touring Agreement, which is required to be signed to meet National Association of Realtors compliance standards, was not completed. Clear communication and proper documentation are necessary to ensure that both parties are prepared for the tour. I hope this clarifies the situation.
